Contractual relationships:

Optimatis acts on behalf of its clients and only enters into cooperation agreements with insurance companies to enable its clients to facilitate the mediation of the desired insurance contract. At Optimatis, revenues are limited to commissions related to additional services offered in addition to policy management, such as obtaining quotes. They amount to up to CHF 70 per insured person for KVG products and up to 16 monthly premiums per completed product (initial commission) for VVG products, or up to 20% for ongoing commissions (brokerage). For property and asset insurance products, it amounts to up to CHF 62 per quote request. For pension products, the commission is up to 5.6% of the annual premium.

Any commissions, brokerage fees, and additional compensation generally belong to the client. The client is hereby informed and expressly waives the right to be informed by Optimatis about the exact amount of commissions, brokerage fees, and additional compensation received, and waives any claims for disclosure against Optimatis and its partners. This also applies to any commissions, brokerage fees, and additional compensation that may be paid after the termination of the contract.

Liability:

Optimatis AG is liable for any mistakes, negligence or incorrect information arising in connection with its activities as broker.

Data processing:

Optimatis processes personal data (name, address etc.), data relating to quotes and applications, as well as data relating to its clients’ insurance policies. The personal data is processed in order to obtain quotes and broker insurance, and is forwarded to insurance companies and any service providers within the context of these activities, as well as to Comparis for its purposes and in accordance with its data privacy statement. The data is stored in Switzerland and Amsterdam, either in electronic form or on paper. If enquiries are made about partner companies, they can obtain information about the basic data, as well as about what the data subjects were interested in. For further data processing by Optimatis, please refer to the data privacy statement on the Optimatis website and customer portal (www.optimatis.ch).
